Katha Upanishad

Katha Upanishad is one of the important upanishads which impart "Brahma-Vidya" or the knowledge of Brahman. Brahmavid has translated the entire first chapter in the following three discourses for the benefit of knowledge seekers world-wide:

Introduction to Adhyaya (Chapter) 1, Valli (Part) 1 Discourse 1

Introduction to Adhyaya (Chapter) 1, Valli (Part) 2 Discourse 2

Introduction to Adhyaya (Chapter) 1, Valli (Part) 3 Discourse 3

In the following discourses, Sam Yogi explains in detail the "ATMA TATVA" or the "BRAHMA VIDYA" as taught in this Upanishad. So, while the above three discourses translate the entire first chapter, the following discourses delve in more detail and explain important concepts for the serious seeker; Discourse 7 below has detailed translations from Viveka Chudamani on the Four Means. Discourse 8 onwards, the sincere student of BRAHMA VIDYA (knowledge of Brahman) will also benefit from the study guides as  PDF files, which can be downloaded to be read along, while listening to the corresponding mp3 podcasts:
